QUAKERCOOL® 6219 is a heavy-duty, extreme pressure, soluble oil provides a high degree of lubrication and long sump life.
It is suitable for use on steel, low machinability alloys, and non-ferrous metals.

- A combination of hydrodynamic and chlorinated extreme pressure lubricants delivers exceptional tool and wheel life on a wide range of materials.
- Sump life of 12 months is easily achieved in well-maintained systems. This minimizes machine down time, eliminates unpleasant odors, and reduces disposal costs.
- The low foaming emulsion resists air entrapment. This decreases the risk of pump cavitation and ensures the fluid’s lubricating and cooling properties are delivered to the work zone.
- The tight, stable emulsion provides excellent corrosion protection on ferrous alloys down to concentrations as low as 2.5%. It tolerates hard water up to 500 ppm as calcium carbonate.
