QUAKERAL® 377

QUAKERAL® 377 is a high-performance emulsifiable metalworking fluid designed for heavy-duty Machining and Grinding operations requiring a high degree of lubricity, cleanliness, cooling, and corrosion protection.

It is recommended for more difficult machining and grinding operations on cast iron and steel alloys and for critical surface finish machining of cast aluminum alloys. This product is designed to control microbiological growth including mycobacteria.

PRODUCT FEATURES

Unique Lubrication - Allows the product to provide superior microfinish on high alloyed steel and aluminum castings and extrusions, while offering the versatility to handle heavy-duty applications on typical ferrous alloys as well. Good for cut-off saws at 10% concentration.
Low foaming - Milky emulsion produces little foam in most water conditions.
Corrosion Protection - Excellent protection on cast iron/steel down to concentrations as low as 3.0%.
Biostatic - Biostatic approach helps to control microbiological growth for longer sump life. Adherence to recommended concentration range is essential for biostasis.
