• A special ester lubricity additive produces very long tool life and improved surface quality leading to tremendous operational savings.
• Through incorporation of Quaker’s biostatic technology, sump life of 12 months is easily achieved in well-maintained systems. This minimizes machine down time, eliminates unpleasant odors and reduces disposal costs.
• Machines are kept cleaner due to the excellent detergency of the product. It has good fines handling properties and does not produce sticky residues. This results in better visibility and working conditions. Grinding wheels remain clean and free cutting.
• The tight micro-emulsion provides excellent tramp oil rejection and reduced drag-out. Substantial savings from lower fluid consumption are reported compared to conventional emulsions.
