Description
Castrol SyntiloTM 2000 is a synthetic coolant which has been developed for use as a general purpose grinding,
honing and medium to heavy duty machining fluid for ferrous metals. It forms a clear, stable solution in both
hard and soft waters. Syntilo 2000 exhibits good anti-corrosion properties coupled with a high resistance to
bacterial attack.
Application
Syntilo 2000 is developed for surface, cylindrical, double disk, internal and centreless grinding. This product
is also recommended for honing, milling, turning, boring, drilling, tapping and gear hobbing on cast iron, low
carbon and alloy steel.
Syntilo 2000 is recommended for use on Nagel honing machine tools.
