DESCRIPTION
Designed to operate in coolant systems of the Aluminium Hot Rolling Mills. QUAKERAL RH 120 ETI is a “tailor-made” rolling oil, formulated to meet all the requirements of the rolling process, whatever the aluminium alloys and the severity of the operations.
USAGE
QUAKERAL RH 120 ETI is used as an emulsion in distilled water at a selected concentration, depending on the aluminium alloys rolled and the severity of the operations. Its stability in distilled water as well as its oil particles size are defined according to the design of the coolant system and the metallurgical properties to achieve at the end of the hot rolling process.

- Does not stain the aluminium sheet plate. Special additives are used to prevent any stains. Use of distilled water is still preferable as hard water will result in stains.
