DESCRIPTION

Products of series QUAKER EXTRUDOIL are lubricants for extrusion, heading and cold forming of metals. Made by a process which catalyses molecules of the functional groups present on special and selected lubricant vehicles, products of series QUAKER EXTRUDOIL use a special additive to convert and leave thin solid and strong films on the metal surface.
QUAKER EXTRUDOIL 474 is a low cost stamping fluid, for machining operations on stamping machines with two or more stations, on steels with low and/or medium carbon content.

USAGE

• Stamping operations on steel with low and/or medium carbon content
• Suitable for standard screws and bolts’ production
