QUAKERCOOL® 3750 HW is a high-performance emulsifiable metalworking fluid designed for heavy-duty Machining and Grinding operations requiring a high degree of lubricity, cleanliness, cooling, and corrosion protection.
It is especially recommended for the grinding of rings and rollers for bearings, as well as difficult machining and grinding operations on cast iron and steel.
PRODUCT FEATURES
- Enhanced lubrication allows the product to provide superior microfinish on high alloyed steel, while offering the versatility to handle heavy-duty applications on typical ferrous alloys as well.
- Through incorporation of Quaker’s biostatic technology, sump life of 12 months is easily achieved in well-maintained systems.
- Machines are kept cleaner due to the excellent detergency of the product. It has good fines handling properties and does not produce sticky residues.
- The low foaming micro-emulsion resists air entrapment. This decreases the risk of pump cavitation and ensures the fluid’s lubricating and cooling properties are delivered to the work zone.
