Description

CHEMPLEX SI 300 medium is an ageing resistant, lithium soap lubricating grease, based on a special methylphenyl silicone oil with outstanding low temperature properties.

Fields of application

CHEMPLEX SI 300 medium is, apart from its use as a low temperature grease, particularly recommended for electrical and electronic equipment, for precision engineering equipment and for pairings plastic/plastic or elastomer/metal, e.g. in flexible connections of rubber/metal, for bridge plain bearings, for slip-sheets, for reinforcing the sealing effect and lubrication of radial seals for rotating shafts, packing rings, O-rings and other seals and for lubricating bellows.

CHEMPLEX SI 300 medium conforms with the delivery specifications DBL 6812.10 and TL-VW 767 X.

Method of application

CHEMPLEX SI 300 medium is preferably applied manually.

Note

A variant specially tested by the material testing centre in Stuttgart – SILICONFETT SI 300 medium/BLQ – is available for lubricating bridge plain bearings. In addition a heavy and a light consistency version are available.
