Description
Castrol Tribol 1750 synthetic blend compressor oils are a proprietary blend of mineral oil and synthetic ester plus
advanced additives. They provide excellent lubricity and antiwear protection, exceptional oxidation resistance, and superior
corrosion protection.
Application
Castrol Tribol 1750 synthetic blend compressor oils are intended for use in stationary flooded rotary screw compressors
and many portable flooded rotary screw compressor applications. Additionally, Castrol Tribol 1750 is formulated for use in
other types of rotary compressors (vane / lobe) and reciprocating compressors (crankcase and cylinders). Although
specifically formulated for use in air compressors, Castrol Tribol 1750 synthetic blend compressor oils may also be used
in various compressed process gas applications.
Castrol Tribol 1750 synthetic blend compressor oils may be used to lubricate axial flow, barrel type and integral gear
driven centrifugal compressors, where extended oil drain cycles and improved mechanical component life is desired.
Castrol Tribol 1750 synthetic blend compressor oils may be used in numerous non-compressor applications such as
bearings or enclosed gear drives that require the use of non-EP oils.
